4. Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards, implementing quality control procedures, and managing quality assurance programs.
5. Developing and managing the maintenance and repair schedule for machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure that they are in good working condition and that downtime is minimized
6. Providing leadership and guidance to team members.
7. Developing and implementing processes and procedures to optimize productivity.
8. Monitoring and analyzing operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
9. Identifying training needs and providing training and coaching to staff as needed.
10. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
11. Identifying and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.
12. Ensuring the safety and security of staff and facilities.
13. Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
14. Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
15. Creating and maintaining reports on operational performance and presenting them to management.
