Join a leading international luxury hospitality group operating some of Dubai’s most iconic beachfront and dining destinations. These venues are known for high-volume service, discerning clientele, and a strong focus on guest experience, service standards, and team leadership. This role offers exposure to premium dining and beach club operations with clear growth potential within a global hospitality portfolio. This position is only suited to candidates currently outside the UAE who are already familiar with the UAE market or have worked in the country previously. The employer provides 7 days of hotel accommodation on arrival only, after which candidates are expected to secure their own long-term housing. Candidates should therefore be comfortable navigating the Dubai rental market independently and transitioning quickly into a live-out setup.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence at all times
  • Lead, motivate, and support front‑of‑house teams during service
  • Act as a visible presence on the floor, managing guest relations and resolving issues professionally
  • Coordinate service flow between floor, bar, kitchen, and host teams
  • Support management with staff scheduling, briefings, and performance monitoring
  • Uphold grooming, presentation, and service standards in line with brand expectations
  • Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational procedures
