Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex engineering projects.
