Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operation Manager (CA qualified) to oversee our company's ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the senior management team the Operation Manager will report directly to the Management and play a critical role in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sustainable growth, operational efficiency and company-wide performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement business operations to align with company goals and strategic direction.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and the work of executives in departments such as HR, Finance, IT and Administration.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
  • Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision.
  • Evaluate company performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Assist management in fundraising ventures and investor relations where applicable.
  • Participate in expansion activities such as investments, partnerships and corporate alliances.
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience as Operations Manager or in a similar executive leadership role.
  • CA/CFA candidates.
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics.
