Job summary
A prominent local company in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an Assistant Administrator for a full-time position. The role involves planning consumable store requirements, managing project materials, preparing budgets, and ensuring efficient store management. - To plan and arrange consumable store requirements.
- To plan and arrange project material/tools requirements.
- To prepare store yearly, quarterly and monthly budget.
- To develop and implement an efficient store management system.
- To reconcile stores with client staff and suppliers.
- To arrange repair of faulty equipment.
