Job Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for construction and consultancy packages, ensuring timely tendering, competitive pricing, contractual compliance, and alignment with project budgets and schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage procurement for main contracts, consultancy services, nominated subcontractors, direct contracts, and direct purchases.
  • Prepare and review tender packages prior to issuance.
  • Float tenders and manage tender timelines.
  • Coordinate RFIs and clarifications with technical and project teams.
  • Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
  • Prepare detailed bid comparison reports.
  • Ensure bids comply with tender documents and specifications.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with bidders.
  • Finalize procurement awards and issue purchase orders/contracts.
  • Draft LOAs, consultancy agreements, and nomination letters.
  • Maintain procurement trackers and vendor databases.
  • Evaluate and prequalify contractors and suppliers.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities.
