A luxury hotel chain in Dubai is looking for a Team Leader for the concierge team. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service, overseeing daily operations, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in hospitality management and strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates speaking Russian, Arabic, or German. Proficiency in systems like Opera and the Microsoft Suite is important for ensuring seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism Management or relevant field.
- Language - Russian / Arabic / German speaker preferred.
- Good working knowledge of systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily concierge operations and mentor team members.
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensure timely execution of requests.
- Partner with other departments to maintain seamless service.
