VIP & Institutional Marketing Lead

Binance's VIP and Institutional division offers access to digital asset solutions for VIP clients and institutions. We work closely with a broad range of market participants including individual traders, high-frequency trading (HFT) and proprietary trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, market makers, brokers, investment banks, corporations, fintech firms, and more. The VIP Marketing Team is responsible for elevating brand visibility and engagement across global markets through strategic marketing campaigns, communications management, and enhancing user experiences via performance and product marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead overall VIP & Institutional marketing planning to solidify Binance's brand as a leader in digital assets for institutional clients and VIP users.
  2. Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches targeting institutional clients and VIP users, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Legal, and PR.
  3. Drive social media growth on platforms like X and LinkedIn by managing social strategies, maintaining a refined social calendar, and strengthening VIP community engagement.
  4. Oversee ideation and planning for offline event activations, support the development of product marketing materials, and liaise with key stakeholders for flagship events.
  5. Integrate lifecycle marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies into the broader VIP growth strategy to enhance client engagement and retention.
  6. Develop educational and sales enablement materials, supporting PR strategies and requirements.
Requirements
  1. 8-10 years of experience in marketing, focusing on product marketing within traditional finance and/or the crypto industry.
  2. Proven track record in developing and executing GTM strategies and high-impact marketing campaigns targeting institutional users.
  3. Strong understanding of the digital asset space, including products and services tailored to institutional investors, with insight into market trends, competition, and client needs.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across global teams and managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
  5. Experience with social media management and growth strategies aimed at driving engagement and community building.
  6. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to leverage insights from campaign performances to optimize efforts and measure ROI.
