We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our training facility in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, coordinating training programs, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring student satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for education and professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the training center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Manage and support trainers, administrative staff, and student services.
  • Develop, schedule, and supervise training programs and courses (professional, technical, and soft skills).
  • Coordinate with accreditation bodies and ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., KHDA, ACTVET, or MOE if applicable).
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and student satisfaction.
  • Plan marketing strategies and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to attract new students.
  • Monitor the quality of training delivery and provide support to improve teaching standards.
  • Manage the budget, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
  • Handle student and client feedback and implement continuous improvements.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports to upper management.
  • Build relationships with industry partners and stakeholders for potential collaborations or custom training projects.
Qualifications
