Responsibilities
- Align, adapt, and implement initiatives to support brand and business objectives.
 
- Co‑create and supervise digital, social media, and e‑commerce communications for brands, ensuring effective localization.
 
- Contribute to global or regional innovation, category, and branding activities.
 
- Steer and execute marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to drive brand performance.
 
- Provide marketing inputs to inform the relevant marketing master plan.
 
- Analyze competitor scenarios and draw actionable conclusions despite limited market data.
 
- Ensure consistency in market sizing methodology and develop tangible sales tools.
 
- Oversee the implementation of channel strategies to maximize reach and impact.
 
- Coordinate with external agencies on concepts, strategies, and budget considerations.
 
- Manage resources to ensure timely local execution of initiatives.
 
- Execute brand management and sales promotion activities at the local level.
 
- Take ownership of L17 steering to align brand execution with strategic priorities.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
 
- 7+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related roles, preferably within CPG or FMCG sectors.
 
- Strong expertise in regional brand management, including multi‑market strategy execution.
 
- Deep knowledge of CPG market dynamics, retailer relationships, regional consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.
 
- Proven experience in portfolio, pricing, and brand strategy development at a regional level.
 
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills to work with cross‑functional and senior stakeholders across markets.
