Role Overview :

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Operations Sourcing Specialist to lead the discovery, evaluation, and onboarding of regional and global manufacturing and gifting partners. You'll identify, negotiate, and scale B2C production and fulfilment capacity through outsourced partners that can serve our new markets with high quality and low lead times.

You will use AI-powered sourcing tools and automation strategies to build a next-generation partner network—and you'll be incentivised by the volume of orders fulfilled through the suppliers you source.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and onboard r egional manufacturers, print houses, and product suppliers across India, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Evaluate partners on pricing, product quality, turnaround time, and scalability.
• Negotiate commercial contracts, pricing structures, lead times, and SLAs that support scalable eCommerce fulfilment.
• Use AI-driven tools (e.g., AI supplier match, demand forecasting, contract management) to optimise partner selection and performance.
• Create partner sourcing frameworks and maintain a partner performance database.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to match product innovation needs with sourcing capabilities.
• Monitor production metrics, order flow, QC, and escalations with regional partners.

Qualifications :

• 4+ years in sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing partnerships in B2C eCommerce or gifting.
• Strong negotiation and vendor contract management skills.
• Experience sourcing in emerging markets (India, GCC, Southeast Asia preferred).
• Familiarity with AI / ML tools for supplier discovery, sourcing automation, or quality analytics.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to operate independently across time zones.
