Logistics Coordinator - Indian Nationals (English Speaking) - Sharjah, UAE


Our company is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian National to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator in Sharjah, UAE. As a part of our growing logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods and materials across our supply chain.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and/or customers
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery dates
- Analyze shipping methods and costs to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Communicate regularly with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the transportation process
- Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and documentation requirements

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with excellent command of English language
- Proven experience as a logistics coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g. SAP)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
