We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Officer responsible for working with suppliers, following up on deliveries, clearing ports and borders, and handling issues related to municipality and main suppliers for concentrate, raw materials, spare parts, and marketing equipment management.

1. Handling purchasing activities
2. Receiving stored materials
3. Submitting GRNs to accounts
4. Attending purchasing-related audits
5. Meeting with suppliers
6. Handling petty cash procurement
7. Requesting transportation from logistics for delivery & material exit
8. Sending RFQs & collecting quotes
9. Creating purchase requisitions
10. Creating item codes
11. Creating purchase orders
12. Requesting approvals & following up with accounts
13. Providing feedback on LPO concerns such as price discrepancies & payment terms
14. Following up on delivery with suppliers
15. Pre-payment requests from accounts
16. Preparing price comparisons for approvals
17. Following up on payments
18. Searching for new suppliers
19. Registering suppliers & obtaining QC approval
20. Requesting supplier creation from accounts
21. Updating approved supplier list
22. Filing all purchase orders & quotes for audits
23. Negotiating with suppliers on delivery, discounts, & payment terms
24. Reconciling MTC/DO/invoices for QC & accounts
25. Creating work orders

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain
• Experience in international purchasing
• Postgraduate with 5 years of similar experience
• Preferred experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or automotive industries
• Market knowledge (customers, systems, providers)
• English language proficiency
• Knowledge of ERP systems

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, climb, and maneuver within refinery or plant environments
• Effective communication skills
• Focus and multitasking abilities
• Ability to wear safety equipment as required
• Mobility and reflexes for office duties and off-site travel
