Logistics Coordinator - Sharjah, UAE

We are in need of a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. Your role will involve overseeing the entire logistics process, from coordinating shipments to managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory levels
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and any delays or issues
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Monitor transportation costs and negotiate rates with carriers to minimize expenses
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Collaborate with other departments to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the logistics industry
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of supply chain processes, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and customs regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
