Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3-5 years in construction-specific procurement.
- Experience in large-scale construction project procurement.
- Vendor prequalification and selection expertise.
- Contract negotiation and tendering skills.
- Knowledge of import/export and logistics processes, especially for materials and equipment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP MM, Oracle, JD Edwards.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and cost tracking.
- Familiarity with e-procurement platforms.
