A Facility Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of buildings, equipment, and grounds of the organization they work for. They coordinate repairs, enforce safety measures, and manage a team of maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of technicians, cleaners, and other maintenance staff.
• Assign work orders and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
• Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors for specialized services
• Verify completion and quality of outsourced work before sign-off.
• Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor performance, and support procurement when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and asset inventories.
• Prepare monthly operational reports and budget forecasts.
• Report major incidents and suggest improvement strategies to management.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in a supervisory position.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, technical operations, and building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
