Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager with handson experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV) industry to lead crossfunctional teams in the planning and delivery of EVrelated projects. This role requires deep understanding of EV systems technology trends and a strong ability to manage complex technical and commercial requirements across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead endtoend project management for EV product development infrastructure deployment or integration initiatives.
  • Create detailed project plans schedules budgets and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with engineering supply chain manufacturing and marketing teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Oversee vendor management procurement and contract negotiations for EVspecific components (e.g. batteries charging systems).
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations safety standards and sustainability goals.
  • Track and report progress risk assessments and mitigation strategies to senior management.
  • Lead stakeholder communication across internal teams government agencies and external partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project quality and costefficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or related field (Masters preferred).
  • PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience with at least 2 years in the EV industry (OEM charging infrastructure or battery tech).
  • Proven experience managing crossfunctional teams and full lifecycle projects (ideally in hardware/software or automotive domains).
  • Strong understanding of EV technologies vehicle systems and charging infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
