Key Responsibilities:

Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets.
Source and evaluate suppliers and contractors, ensuring compliance with ADNOC procurement policies.
Prepare and issue RFQs, analyze bids, and negotiate terms and prices.
Manage procurement documentation and contracts.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure delivery and quality of materials.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.
Ensure procurement activities adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Extensive procurement experience in civil construction projects, specifically with ADNOC.
Deep knowledge of ADNOC procurement policies and procedures.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Residing in UAE with valid residency status.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
