Job summary

A growing advertising agency in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to manage paid social strategies for e-commerce clients. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience with Meta and TikTok ads, strong analytical abilities, and a keen understanding of e-commerce dynamics. This position offers the potential for a longer-term contract based on performance.

Qualifications

Job Type

This is an initial 3‑month contract with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and mutual fit.

What We’re Looking For

As part of our latest growth phase, we’re seeking skilled Paid Social Managers to drive success for our DTC clients and help us scale to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients from onboarding to continuous growth, creating data‑driven strategies through Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Achieve key metrics such as CAC, NC‑ROAS, eROAS, and ad spend targets with high autonomy.
  • Audit ad accounts and use data to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Strategist to establish a paid social strategy centred around client objectives.
  • Use ad account and Triple Whale data to guide optimisations.
  • Effectively test creative created internally and externally.
  • Report key learnings, bottlenecks, and future directions to the Growth Strategist.
  • Ensure every action aligns with the objectives and KPIs set by the Growth Strategist.
  • Communicate performance in weekly and monthly client reports.
Key Qualifications
  • At least two years of experience running paid social advertising on Meta and TikTok at a high level for e‑commerce brands.
  • Stay at the forefront of paid social, using insights to service clients.
  • Strong understanding of effective paid social testing and scaling approaches.
  • Analytical skills with experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Extensive experience using ad account data for day‑to‑day changes and optimisations.
  • Highly organised with meticulous ad account hygiene and naming conventions.
  • Preferably prior agency experience or experience with a 7‑8 figure e‑commerce brand.
  • Deep knowledge of Shopify and DTC e‑commerce.
  • Exceptional research skills to adapt quickly to varied client needs.
