Job summary

A leading technology service provider seeks an IT Support Engineer in Dubai. This part-time position involves maintaining internal client operations, handling hardware issues, and ensuring high customer service standards. Ideal candidates should have a degree in a related field and experience in desktop support. Familiarity with network troubleshooting and Microsoft Office is essential, with Mandarin language skills advantageous due to communication with the Shanghai HQ.

Qualifications

  • Degree at HNC/HND/Ordinary/Bachelor’s level in a computer-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience in providing high-volume, fast-paced desktop support.
  • Knowledge of configuration management and routine maintenance of Active Directory.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the normal operation of the company's internal clients.
  • Handle hardware malfunctions, including client devices and network.
  • Respond to client requests and requirements promptly.
