A leading HVAC company based in the UAE is seeking an experienced application engineer to provide technical support to the sales team, prepare HVAC layouts, and assist in equipment selection. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and 3-6 years of experience in HVAC application engineering within the UAE/GCC market. Proficiency in AutoCAD and a strong understanding of HVAC principles are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in HVAC application engineering and drafting, preferably with HVAC Supplier in the UAE/GCC market.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE and SMACNA standards preferred.
• Good command of English communication (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team for HVAC equipment selection.
• Prepare HVAC layouts, schematics, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Assist in equipment sizing and selection using manufacturer software.
• Review project specifications and tender documents for compliance.
• Prepare technical submittals and equipment schedules for client approval.
