• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid Nursing License/Registration (HAAD/DOH) in Abu Dhabi.
• Certificate in Phlebotomy - a must.
• Proven UAE experience in phlebotomy (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of infection control and specimen handling standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy procedures, including venipuncture and blood collection with precision and care.
• Assist in patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and routine nursing duties.
• Support physicians in clinical procedures and patient management.
• Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and documentation of specimens.
• Maintain compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
• Provide compassionate care and reassurance to patients during procedures.
