Job Summary

The Field Supervisor oversees the execution of fieldwork for market research studies. They execute qualitative and quantitative research by recruiting training and managing field staff. They also follow quality control procedures provide regular updates to clients and ensure the final data is delivered within the agreed timeline and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Carry out pilot interviews and inform the researcher and project manager on the findings.
  • Ensure that the ground teams interviewers and shoppers have received adequate training on the projects materials.
  • Inspect to ensure that sure all project documents are current and accurate according to the script.
  • Report the field manager of any obstacles and challenges encountered during field work.
  • Managing field interviewers while monitoring their work closely and evaluating interviewers performance (quality and productivity).
  • Assist the Field Manager in all quality check process.
  • Update the progress of the project to the field Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Conduct the interviews if required.
  • Prepare the interviewers quota sheets (If required).
  • Follow up with data entry (If required).
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Statistics.
Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience in market research data quality control or a related role.
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning validation and manipulation techniques.
  • At least 2 to 4 years previously working in market research agency.
