BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a leading Egg Production Farm in the UAE. Our client wants to hire a Team Leader Packing & Grading. This role is essential in overseeing the egg packaging and grading process ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance with industry standards.
- Supervise and lead the packing & grading team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Properly and safely package egg cartons to maintain product safety and quality.
- Ensure egg cartons are correctly labeled with directional and warning labels.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for egg cartons and the packaging area.
- Implement and improve packaging processes to enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Train and guide team members to maintain high performance and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a cagefree layer farm.
- Diploma or High School education required.
- Proficiency in English preferred for effective communication.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
