Job summary
A global logistics company seeks dynamic Supervisors to lead teams within their operational environments in Dubai, UAE. The role requires overseeing daily operations, managing high-performing teams, and driving continuous improvements. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, alongside strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
- 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights and/or holidays.
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate others.
- 1 year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within AMZL and FC environments.
- Lead, train and develop high-performing teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
- Communicate daily metrics and report exceptions.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy within the FC environment.
