Job summary

A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Banking Operations professional to monitor Escrow account openings and ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Escrow services and Banking operations, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of Escrow laws. Responsibilities include liaising with various stakeholders and educating clients on their rights. This is a full-time position, with no remote work available.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Escrow services / Banking operations.
• Good understanding of local and international GTB products.
• Excellent understanding of Escrow laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English (business proficiency).

Responsibilities

• Monitor Real Estate Escrow account opening and liaise with regulators.
• Communicate account details to Regulators/Developers.
• Attend client meetings with approved auditors.
• Validate developer requests against regulations.
• Educate clients on Escrow laws.
