This role will involve handling various administrative tasks, assisting team members with administrative work, and ensuring smooth operations within the real estate office.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Receptionist & Administrative Support
    • Help with Recruitment for the different position in the company
    • Answering Phone Calls: Managing incoming calls, routing them to the appropriate individuals or departments, and taking messages as needed.
    • Managing Appointments: Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients, customers, or colleagues.
    • Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Maintaining the office Area, Ensuring all places is clean, organized, and presentable.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate team, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
    • Maintain office filing systems, databases, and records accurately and efficiently.
    • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
  • Documentation and Paperwork
    • Prepare, proofread, and edit various documents, contracts, agreements, and other paperwork as required.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and filed in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Client Interaction and Communication
    • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.
    • Assist in maintaining positive client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Marketing Support
    • Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and advertisements.
    • Coordinate and update online listings on real estate platforms and websites.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property management environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
