A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Sales Executive will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences, events, and long‑stay business by driving sales leads and increasing conversion.

What will I be doing?

Receive and convert incoming group, conference, event, and long‑stay enquiries to achieve targets and maximise revenue

Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions through up‑selling and cross‑selling

Manage an events schedule to maximise yield

Proactively manage existing accounts and develop new accounts with GC&E potential

Conduct market research, sales calls, telesales, and online lead generation activities

Manage online lead generation and sales platforms

Build strong relationships with guests and customers to fully understand their needs

Arrange and carry out hotel show rounds, and client visits

Ensure the complete administration, coordination, and execution of all planned events and group bookings

Ensure a smooth and service‑oriented event sequence through effective coordination with all hotel departments

Prepare and distribute all required documentation including BEOs, function sheets, menu cards, and long‑stay handover communications

Participate in BEO and sales communication meetings

Ensure accurate and complete data entry in hotel sales systems (Delphi / OnQ or equivalent)

Ensure compliance with contracts, deposit, and payment guidelines

Review invoices for accuracy and support timely billing and payment

Monitor follow‑ups and decision dates

Assist with revenue forecasting for GC&E and long‑stay business

Carry out guest satisfaction surveys and prepare follow‑up reports

Participate in hotel promotional, sales and marketing activities

Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems (Delphi / OnQ or similar)

Arabic language required with fluency in English
