Job summary

A leading property management company in Abu Dhabi is looking for an entry-level IT Support Officer aimed at developing UAE Nationals. This role involves providing first-level technical support, assisting with IT equipment maintenance, and logging support requests. Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in IT support. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are necessary. This position offers a foundational opportunity for growth within the IT department.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or technical administrative experience; fresh graduates welcome.
  • UAE National only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
  • Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Log and track IT support requests through the helpdesk system.
  • Assist with routine system checks, updates, backups, and basic cybersecurity practices.

Skills

Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT tools
Good communication and customer service skills
