Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a Software Engineer – Application Support to join their team in Dubai. You will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for applications, manage incidents and requests, and collaborate closely with development teams. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, strong skills in C# and OOP, and experience in production support. This role is critical in ensuring application availability and performance, contributing to the efficiency of business operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of OOP, C#, REST APIs, .NET Core / .NET Framework.
  • 2+ years of production support experience in application development.
  • Experience with incident and problem management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform 2nd and 3rd line support for applications in coordination with Development Team.
  • Manage incidents, change requests, and service requests.
  • Provide proactive follow-ups and updates to customers.
