Responsibilities

Mortgage consultants liaise between lenders, borrowers, and sellers agents to facilitate real estate transactions. They advise clients on selecting and applying for suitable loans and guide them through the homebuying process. They analyze clients' finances, explain mortgage types, and recommend suitable mortgage options.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
   1. Acquire mortgage clients through internal and personal networks.
   2. Consult with clients over the phone and in person, providing tailored advice and recommendations.
   3. Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
   4. Provide timely feedback to agents on client progress.
2. Client Guidance and Support:
   1. Advise clients on bank products, policies, and processes, helping them choose the best options.
   2. Guide clients through the entire mortgage process.
3. Revenue Generation and Process Management:
   1. Generate revenue by submitting and processing client mortgage files.
   2. Manage the process by collaborating with bank representatives and stakeholders.
4. Cultural Fit:
   1. Collaborate with other teams, think creatively to overcome obstacles, and offer support and compassion to colleagues.

Requirements

1. Essential Skills and Experience:
   1. Proven ability to consult and sell.
   2. Strong communication and client engagement skills.
   3. Background in mortgages or financial services.
   4. Business development and opportunity creation skills.
   5. Sales-driven and results-oriented.
   6. Ability to manage expectations and deliver high-quality service.
2. Desirable:
   1. Local UAE experience.
   2. CeMAP Qualification.
