Job summary

A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Specialist to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting property viewings, and advising clients on market conditions. Preferred candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales in the U.A.E., possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and be computer literate. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Real Estate Sales in the U.A.E. is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and other languages.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on property market trends, valuations, and new project launches.
  • Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with clients, landlords, buyers, sellers, developers, and investors.
  • Identify and secure new clients, sales leads, tenants, and business opportunities across residential, commercial, and off‑plan properties.
  • Attend to all inquiries promptly and follow up with leads regularly to maximize conversion.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transaction closings with professionalism and integrity.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, investment opportunities, and property values.
  • Manage the full property transaction cycle—brokerage, leasing, sales, and post‑sale support (depending on specialization).
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client, transaction, and market records in the CRM.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the quality, transparency, and legality of all transactions.
Skills
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Real Estate Sales in the U.A.E. for at least 2 years is preferred.
  • Fluent in English & Other Languages
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and trustworthy.
  • Strong negotiator.
  • Ability to work independently with great dedication.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, CRM, etc.)
  • UAE driving license. (Preferred)
