Job summary
A leading luxury hotel in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Groups & Events Executive to ensure exceptional service for all events. Responsibilities include coordinating inquiries, managing bookings from start to finish, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury hotel environment. Fluency in French and English is essential. This role offers a dynamic working environment focused on exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within a luxury hotel environment.
- Professional experience in event organization.
- Fluency in French and English; additional language a plus.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate groups and private events ensuring exceptional service.
- Manage the booking process from proposals to invoicing.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
