We are seeking a motivated outside sales representative to generate leads and increase sales. Responsibilities include submitting sales reports, informing customers about product features, resolving complaints, and creating persuasive sales proposals to encourage repeat business.

Successful candidates should be persuasive, possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, and demonstrate strong customer service abilities to meet or exceed sales targets.

1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers within an assigned territory.
2. Travel within the territory to meet face-to-face with clients.
3. Achieve or surpass sales targets by selling products to new and existing customers.
4. Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
5. Keep accurate records of leads, customer accounts, and sales.
6. Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence through marketing materials.
7. Research competitors' products, pricing, and market conditions.
8. Stay updated on industry developments through meetings, training, and events.
9. Negotiate strategically with customers to close sales.
