Job description
We are looking for a Principal Territory Lead for our Neurovascular department in Dubaï:
What you will do
  • Promote and sell Stryker products in line with customer needs, consistently representing the company with outstanding ethics and professionalism.

  • Serve as the resident expert for your product line, demonstrating deep clinical knowledge and confidently engaging with surgeons and healthcare professionals.

  • Build strong, long-term customer loyalty through trust, reliability and exceptional service delivery.

  • Lead high-quality clinical discussions, position products with a true consultative approach, and act as a trusted advisor in operating rooms and across all levels of care.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year rolling business plan including SWOT analysis, SMART objectives, territory insights, pipeline understanding and contract renewal cycles.

  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements, emotional drivers, and purchasing motivators; position solutions accordingly to consistently close opportunities.

  • Leverage cross-franchise portfolios to enhance value propositions and support regional teams in cross-divisional proposals.

  • Mentor and support team members, demonstrating the ability to coach and elevate performance across the organization.

  • Lead significant projects independently, exercise considerable judgment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, proactively identifying new contacts and initiating meaningful connections.

  • Build reliable forecasts and projections, using data and financial indicators to anticipate risks and make informed decisions.

  • Track trends, competitor activities, product developments and regulatory matters within the UAE medical device landscape, and provide structured reporting to management.

  • Propose proactive solutions to customers and translate strategic objectives into clear daily, weekly and monthly action plans.

  • Plan, conduct and document customer visits, meetings and product demonstrations according to business goals and customer needs.

  • Evaluate tender requests and proposal requirements, preparing complete and accurate material lists.

  • Guide customers through procurement channels (tenders, direct purchases, leasing, external purchases) and collaborate with the tender team on awarded projects from initiation to completion.

  • Track delivery timelines, communicate updates proactively, and ensure smooth operational execution.

  • Manage customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with Quality Management, implementing corrective actions and communicating outcomes.

  • Coordinate scientific support needs with the marketing team and assist in driving scientific and marketing activities.

  • Support the logistics team when required, ensuring seamless supply chain execution.

  • Seek business opportunities across product lines and broaden commercial impact across your territory.

What you will need
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, medical sciences or a related field (higher education preferred).

Experience
  • 5–8 years of business experience, ideally within the medical device industry.

  • Proven commercial performance over 3–5 years.

  • In-depth knowledge of the medical device environment and regulatory requirements.
