Role Summary

Experience within the UAE real estate market is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive direct and indirect sales through brokers and agents.
  • Ensure consistent achievement (or exceeding) of sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokerage networks and channel partners.
  • Lead partner onboarding training and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams for successful launches.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver sales targets.
  • Strong network of agents and brokers across the UAE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
