Black Pearl is hiring a Sales Coordinator Automotive Division (Junior Level) for a leading organization in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized and eager to support a dynamic sales team within the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
  • Coordinate sales team schedules, appointments and daily activities.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, quotations and contracts.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records in CRM and sales databases.
  • Monitor sales pipeline progress and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to support campaigns and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, requests and basic issue resolution professionally.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Organize client meetings and ensure logistics are prepared.
  • Coordinate with HR/Admin for travel meetings and related sales operations.
  • Follow up with sales team members on pending actions and reporting requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Total Experience: 5 years (2 years in Automotive sector preferred).
  • Experience in a similar role: 5 years.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
