Job summary
A leading skincare company in Dubai is seeking a Director to lead sales operations in the Middle East. This role requires defining and executing commercial strategies to achieve volume and market share while managing internal teams and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of FMCG sales experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in the Health & Beauty sector. Fluency in English and a higher education degree are essential.
Qualifications
- 15 years of significant sales experience within FMCG.
- Relevant key account experience in distributor led markets.
- Ideally relevant experience in the UAE & Gulf and in Health & Beauty sector.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute commercial strategy.
- Lead the Middle East (excl Saudi Arabia) Sales S&CM Operations.
- Ensure excellent execution of the commercial strategy.
