Job description

• Assist customers in product selection by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively.
• Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and speed in checkout.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct inventory checks and help manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Collect customer feedback to help improve product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in the development and execution of promotional displays and seasonal merchandising.
• Support administrative tasks such as maintaining sales records and preparing reports on sales performance.
