Job Description
Proactively drive bookings and revenue across diverse segments such as wellness retreats, group bookings, brand collaborations, and seasonal packages.
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, expanding the property’s reach in experiential and eco-conscious travel markets.
Develop and implement targeted sales strategies that align with the property’s unique positioning and market trends.
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and emerging segments.
Manage and grow relationships with key partners including DMCs, tour operators, lifestyle brands, wellness curators, and corporate clients.
Deliver a personalised, consultative sales approach to nurture long-term client loyalty and maximise repeat business.
Work closely with marketing and on-site teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with brand campaigns and guest experience standards.
Support the development of unique experience packages that seamlessly combine adventure, wellness, and local culture.
Track and analyse sales performance metrics to inform decision-making and optimise sales efforts.
Provide regular updates and market insights to senior leadership.
7+ years of experience in hospitality sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven success in GCC markets, ideally with time spent based in the region.
Background in luxury, lifestyle, or experiential hospitality.
Strong network across corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and government entities.
Arabic language skills are highly valued.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Passion for nature, wellness, and creating authentic guest experiences.
