Job summary
A global water solutions company is seeking a Sr. Manager Risk and Compliance to oversee the implementation and monitoring of compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in risk assurance and internal controls, along with strong leadership and analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing compliance policies, monitoring risks, and developing reporting frameworks. This position offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on innovative technology solutions for water management.
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Risk Assurance or Audit.
- Experience in SOX compliance and internal controls over financial reporting.
- Ability to report compliance results to leadership effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Sarbanes‑Oxley program and ensure compliance policies.
- Monitor risks exceeding company risk appetite and develop key risk indicators.
- Prepare reporting frameworks for business leaders on control environment.
