Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Risk Assurance or Audit.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sarbanes‑Oxley program and ensure compliance policies.
• Monitor risks exceeding company risk appetite and develop key risk indicators.
• Prepare reporting frameworks for business leaders on control environment.
