Position Summary

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic sales professional in digital transformation and GenAI domain looking to make a difference Come join our team at Rules Cube as a Business Development Executive and be part of an exciting this role you will have a key role in shaping and executing successful sales strategies that unlock fresh business opportunities in your assigned region. Your main goal will be to focus on capturing large accounts nurturing a strong pipeline of qualified leads and skillfully converting them into profitable proposals and contracts that align with our companys goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and pursue sales strategies aimed towards finding new business opportunities in your region hunt large accounts create a pipeline of qualified leads according to the company targets and turn them into proposals and contracts
  • Develop comprehensive account plans to gain a deep understanding of the prospects needs and priorities and ultimately provide workable solutions
  • Develop Rules Cubes sales strategic plan
  • Management of customer expectations and contract compliance addendums and amendments
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends technologies and competitive landscape.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in selling Digital Transformation solutions
  • Previous work experience in digital transformation consulting firms or clients
  • Able to synthesize essential concepts during presentations and customize them to align with the client needs
  • Being able to understand and explain technical terms in way that is easy to understand by client executives
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to negotiate commercial contracts
  • Excellent communication skills and empathy able to understand the needs of customers and know how to communicate them
  • Proven track record of success driving deals through prospecting discovery solution proposal negotiation and closing new business
  • Bachelors degree in a related field.
