We are hiring a Senior Building Surveyor to lead technical assessments, manage refurbishment projects, and provide expert advice on property conditions, compliance, and maintenance. The role requires a blend of technical surveying skills, project management, and client-facing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct building condition and structural surveys.
Prepare reports, specifications, and repair schedules.
Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and fit-out projects.
Advise on dilapidations, leasehold matters, and compliance issues.
Lead feasibility studies and due diligence for property transactions.
Supervise junior surveyors and ensure quality control.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements:

Bachelor s in Building Surveying or related field.
Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent preferred).
8+ years experience in building surveying or project management.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and building regulations.
Proficiency in reporting tools and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
