AtkinsRealis is currently seeking degree-qualified Construction Managers with infrastructure and landscape experience and over 15 years of professional experience. The position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The Construction Manager will be a senior-level professional capable of providing planning leadership, technical expertise, and managing complex, multidisciplinary projects. Candidates must hold a BSc, BEng, BA, or equivalent qualification, possess Chartered status, and have more than 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in similar roles or projects.

The role also involves maintaining and enhancing AtkinsRealis's reputation with clients, developing long-term relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

• Proven track record in delivering large, multifunctional projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, project controls, quality assurance, and health & safety standards.
• A well-rounded profile with skills in planning, analysis, process management, and commercial considerations. Ability to mobilize teams and drive project success.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships within complex organizational structures, with clients, and internally.

• Managing a multifunctional site supervision team responsible for delivering large-scale projects (hospitality, mixed-use, retail, entertainment) according to client requirements.
• Managing stakeholder interfaces across various departments within the client organization and government bodies.
• Overseeing overall construction management and control.
• Monitoring contractors for contractual compliance.
• Tracking construction progress to ensure adherence to schedules.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards, with highest health & safety standards.
• Allocating resources appropriately to meet current and future commitments and maximize opportunities.
