A leading project management firm is seeking an experienced Oracle CRM Program Manager in UAE to drive a significant transformation initiative for a major government entity. The role requires 6–12 years of program management experience, proficiency in Oracle CRM initiatives, and solid stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include PMP or Agile certifications, and Arabic speaking is advantageous. Qualifications

• 6–12 years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Strong experience delivering Oracle CRM initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Oracle program methodologies and CRM deployment approaches.
• Comfortable working with multi-vendor and government stakeholder teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in the energy and utilities sector.
• Arabic speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle CRM program.
• Ensure adherence to Oracle-recommended program management methodologies.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Own program governance, including planning and risk management.
• Define clear delivery plans, scope, milestones, KPIs.
• Drive issue resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate program reviews and design validation sessions.
• Track performance against timelines and budgets.
