Digital Marketing Executive

Job Scope

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. S/He drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through data-driven strategies and impactful digital content. The role involves managing social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM initiatives, webinars, and performance analytics to ensure alignment with the overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and email
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs
  • Track and analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, HubSpot, etc
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to generate and qualify leads through digital initiatives.
  • Optimize landing pages, forms, and digital journeys for higher conversions
Social Media Management
  • Work with global teams to create local content calendars, posts, and multimedia assets.
Content Creation & Coordination
  • Develop digital content including landing pages, emailers, and social posts.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams to produce high-quality assets
SEO
  • Work with Vendor teams to track and measure local keywords and optimize search for our region
Email Marketing
  • Plan and execute email campaigns, and newsletters
  • Segment audiences and analyze open rates, CTR, and conversions
Webinar Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute webinars from concept to delivery
  • Manage speaker scheduling, promotional campaigns, landing pages, and attendee communication
  • Oversee webinar platforms and ensure smooth technical execution
  • Track registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics, and share insights for follow-up campaigns.
Position Requirements
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising.

Experience

At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
