Job summary
A leading resort company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an individual to support the Food & Beverage operation. The role ensures guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards in service and quality. The ideal candidate has a college diploma in Hotel Management and previous experience in the industry, along with strong leadership and teamwork skills. This full-time position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in guest service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation is essential.
- Strong passion for leadership and teamwork.

Responsibilities
- Support overall Food & Beverage operation to maximize guest satisfaction.
- Promote and ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
- Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem-solving.
Skills
Education
You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment delivery of prompt courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Further you handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.
