The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to deliver seamless and exceptional hospitality experiences for VIPs suite guests and long-staying patrons.
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm personalized welcome.
- Escort guests to their rooms or suites and provide orientation of in-room facilities.
- Handle guest preferences and requests promptly including dining arrangements, transport, laundry and special amenities.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, room service, concierge and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage guest luggage, unpacking/packing assistance and wardrobe organization if required.
- Prepare and serve in-room dining beverages or turndown amenities.
- Maintain records of guest preferences, allergies and special requests for future stays.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure all rooms, suites and VIP areas meet hotel standards before guest check-in.
- Provide wake‑up calls, travel arrangements and itinerary assistance when needed.
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints gracefully.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 15 years of experience in a luxury hotel or cruise line, preferably in guest relations or butler service.
- Training or certification in butler or valet service is an asset.
