Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting arriving and departing passengers
• Providing clear directions to check-in counters, boarding gates, baggage claim, security checkpoints, restrooms, restaurants, and transportation areas
• Responding to passenger inquiries regarding flight schedules, gate updates, boarding times, and airport facilities
• Escorting and supporting passengers with special needs to ensure a smooth travel experience
• Managing crowds and maintaining orderly queues for efficient passenger flow

Requirements

• Graduate or High School Diploma / Certificate in Travel or Hospitality
• Prior experience as an Usher, Guest Attendant, or Passenger Service Agent will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor
• Candidates on a spouse or father-sponsored visa are preferred
